    The Halloween ball was actually pretty sweet. 

    Guess what?

    Not for sale. Not even after last ball is in use. I've wondered what ball would be offered if I used one in Multi-play and my opponent clicked the gift option.

    Do you people actually think, it is Christmas Day. I don't think anyone from w.g.t or top golf are really working today. So you probably won't see your free ball until tomorrow sometime.

    We are not complaining about the free ball, which the vast majority of us would NEVER buy, we are complaining about WGT's inability to get any software change right!

    I clicked on the contact link at the bottom of the page this morning and asked nicely for the ball. The ball was added to my inventory in less than 15 minutes. I would suggest others do the same. 

    Thank you customer service for the prompt action.
