More than likely it's adware and not every anti-virus program addresses it automatically. There are free programs to deal with them. Ad-Aware is all I've ever used.

well given that WGT are allowing erectile disfuntion ads where 2 guys pulls down their pants and play a piano with their genitalia and similar crass ads.....it's not outside the realm of scope for them to allow dodgey looking green card ads and other stuff too i'm thinking.

@tess.......if Norton ain't squealing at the ads...they'll be ok.

    Norton's got a decent firewall.

@YankeeJim........rofl....Ad-Aware is about as good as a Spyder putter.

A good site for all sorts of free stuff which has been tried and tested and i recommend all the time to my clients is:

    PRIESTESS:

I saw it again today Icon flashing away in between shots,Doesn't look like a WGT Ad to me,Maybe someone can press the link on it and let us know if its ok,:)

I checked out the site....it's just your usual run of the mill "enter all your details and we'll spam you with offers." site.

I cannot be 100% because I don't know for sure, but I am 99.9999% sure that those ad's are not ours. I think they are called rogue ad's, as in ad's that slip through the filters of the ad network.

Feel free to take pics of them and email to members@worldgolftour.com

    Sorry for the inconvenience

IYO. Has worked flawlessly for many years and is part of the absolute best thing you can do to scrub a computer, all 100% free and extremely user friendly. :-)
