  Know what ya mean beav, at times the winds and greens are very close to what it says, then other times, like today it's a guessing game. I have not shot under 39 today for nine holes and it's all the game. I compensate for a 17 mph wind and ding it, more like a 30 mph wind. Had a 21 mph wind straight in my face, 230 to pin second shot, ding, goes 258 yrds off green in the weeds, the 21 mph wind was in my face not at my back. I guess we need to call this mystery golf. I can hear the comments now, quit then, your stats show this and that, practice more, do this do that, this game does have a mind of it's own at times, I don't care what the 29 and 30 shooters say.

  Yes the game will be inconsistent sometimes. You can't keep every member happy.

  I don't understand how this game can be SO inconsistent.  If the wind is in ur face 20 mph, and you give it 20mph worth of extra club, it should be reasonably close if dinged. This is not the case half the time it seems. Yesterday I could not get anywhere close to the pin all day, no matter where I aimed or how much I dinged, also putts I normally make with ease, would NOT drop, they would turn away as if the hole was shielded, or lip out badly and scoot away. I would hit a 6 foot putt 6 feet worth, 1 inch downhill and it would shoot off 8 feet past the hole, same shot but one inch uphill, give it the same amount and 6 inches short it comes, not very realistic at all. Some days everything drops within 2 yds of the hole, and the putts roll in dinged or not, other days nothing does what it did the day before. It is getting old, is isn't very much fun, and it makes no sense.  I have put a fair amount of money into this game myself, and it just seems to get worse daily. This isn't about making "some" members happy, this is about fixing a broken game, and everyone knows the broken parts, but they are never addressed in updates, why is this?

  you are so right, thats why my money will stay in my pocket for now on, the putting grid changes on every shot it seems like, its not the same game any more.! :(

  Exactly what does post count have to do with my virtual golf game?  I been here all of 2 months, and I shoot better than you sir. Not saying I am an expert, but I can remember last round bro, and I know what shots do what when I ding them.
