@Simba - I still hope that you are right....as I think all players would like more full courses. But like all businesses they do have financial constraints, and any investment must return a profit.
@Daimau - this game, like real golf takes time to learn, well for most players. Obviously the clubs vastly improve scoring, but hand/eye co-ordination is also important, There are many older players on here, who still can shoot very well.
Like I said, set your own goals and objectives, but have fun in doing so.
I do get what you are saying regarding the relative lack of courses, but the courses we do have are top courses. I too have been lucky to have played many many courses all over the world including two of the courses on here, What you have to remember, these are courses that have hosted Majors......and have been set up like them. Therefore the rough is nasty and the greens are slicker than a croupier.....they have been set up to test players.
The winds on WGT are unrealistic but they are also one of the few variances they can throw at us....after all, our grip, stance and swing is the same every time......unlike the real game where one of a hundred things can change in a split second.
Finally there is no hurry to get anywhere, it is all about the journey......sit back relax and enjoy the flight.
