MAJOR error

  I'm in a 100  r.g  right now on 3rd tee red tees on 1 and 2 but black on 3 giving me error and can't retry  just gives error so waste of credit and w.g.t won't retry fund Mr cause won't answer my emails so fantastic

  OK same thing with me on 3rd tee error message  over and over your only one I saw has same so not just me then hmm

  its more than an inconvenience when people are losing credits....is there a refund for those involved icon??

  On the 10 th Merion ready go  hit the ball and bang unexpected error, go back nd try again same result. Sent a message to support. Not expecting any real reply.

  i did contact CS about the possiblilty of refunds from tainted RGs.... but I got a reply that there was a fix coming and they simply ignored my request for a refund.

  not sure what else to do in response lol

  thanks for replying CS, I did get a partial refund but I guess cannot help  feeling a little disappointed in that the results stand as they are.

  anyway, moving on....

   i say keep fighting them until you get what you desserv i sure will even tho i in no need off the Credits right should be right.. Just look at the 500c uneven lies ready go JoeM shot a cracking 70 that should have won the Rg 10/10 Times instead hes geting beat by 6 shots Cause some players played off red tees is that fair? Seems to be in wgt world.

  To me, using the form behind "Help" below looks better, as you get an automatic reply and a case no. which you can refer to, just in case...

  Agreed.......at least you have a case number when you are going around in circles!

  As for this glitch, surely the ONLY right thing to do would be refund all players who entered all the RG's that were afflicted by this bungle.. WGT screwed up, you need to be accountable for that.
