I have played this game for almost a year , and I have complained until I'm blue in the face about your swing meter, plus just bought some balls that was supposed to slow it down and it's even worse. WGT you need to get off your ass and stay out of the coffee shop or break room and fix these problems. I have warned you already about it, next step is reporting this site to the FBI , if that what it takes to get you to do something . I have spent plenty of money on your crap so what's with it. Very angry about it and can't get a decent game in , and other player's are ,and have been complaining too. Get to work.

Used to have the same complaint till i changed to google chrome. That did fix the problem somewhat and then totally by accident i discovered a little trick that works beautifully, for me anyway.Right before each shot i press the PrintScreen/Sysrq button for a few seconds. You should notice the cursor flashing, then release it and take your shot.See the difference, totally smooth.Idon't know how or why this works but it does ,for me anyway.Hope it works for you.

optimize your computer and you wont have near as many meter stutters. Or run game booster and your meter will me smooth. It is not rocket science to get your computer to run this game well but yo have to do it. It is you and people like you that need to get to work, WGT can not make your PC work well that is up to you. I run game booster and do everything I can to optimize my older PC and have virtually no meter stutters.I my old machine can run this game well then just about any PC can. Also try either Chrome Iron or Comodo Dragon browsers they both beat all the others hands down'

Clear your cache or they'll clear your cash.

I do agree though that some equipment is faulty, I'll explain.

I have g10's and cleve's wedges, and yet every shot I take does NOT go into the hole. In fact it takes up to 35 shots to complete a nine hole at times - what's with that?  I have paid good money and took some of the best meds on the market, this coupled with some decent amount of wine and beer too, and yet I get this?

    WGT I expect an explanation!!!

    Bill,

I was having trouble this week with my meter and I haven't had really bad issues prior. Then my friends list started acting up and I posted a question for the techs. Turns out that at 255 is the max for friends. You are at 253 and that's just about where I started having troubles. I would suggest you clean your list down. Now since I cleaned mine down to 125 I'm not having huge problems.

Last but not least, I know you are frustrated but threatening people with the FBI is a little dramatic. You are forgetting variables such as Processor speed, internet connection, user percentage of fault etc. These variables are significant enough for the FBI to go "Click" we're sorry the number you have reached is currently busy ...please try your call again.

See ya on the green !

I played World of Warcraft since the game came out, @ $15 a month.  During the earlier years, when the game was getting big, they had server issues, too much traffic, etc.  I'd go a week and only be able to actually connect to the game once.

Some friends contacted the authorities about spending $15 for a month to play and only able to do so 20% of the time.  They were told they have only 2 options, as I'm sure is the case here.  Those options were to choose not to do business with them, or to accept the problems and try to make the best of them.

Of course, as is always the case in this country of ours, you could choose to sue.  That I'm sure would work out well.  I'm sure WGT could get hundreds of people to testify that they have no problems playing the game, the suit would get tossed out, and you'd probably get your butt chewed out by the judge for wasting the court's time with frivolous lawsuits, but hey... whatever floats your boat.

As far as the 'faulty' equipment, given that you have the option to rent before you buy, to find out if the equipment meets your needs, I'd say it's buyer beware.
