    pdb1:

    ArgyleScott:

Here's a good one: One club already has played in 8 clashes but there has only been 24 hrs. A clash every 3 hours?

If one clicks to start the new search right after the end of each 4 hour CLASH .

It is possible to play 11 CLASHES per 48 hour event .

You actually have 3 hours and 49 minutes to play with and still be able to play 11 Clashes .

How does that reply to 8 in 24 hours?

Let's not give this event to the usual winner just yet. The Silver Dollar High Stakes club is making a run at the Georgian; only 8292 behind with just over 18 hours to go! Hang on, I feel an upset!

The auction isn't over yet, but on the last bid, SD had passed G at one time only to lose in the end - credits, balls and the Calf.

alosso, I like that: This isn't a contest, it's an auction.

Yes pdb1, it is possible to do 11 in 48 but not 8 in 24, right?

This event is nearly dead.  "Critical condition" at the very least.

ex: 200th Place use to hover around 20,000 points. NOW - with 16 hours remaining, 200th place is at 5045 points.

Our club has yet to play a match.

WGT is a sinking ship and in someways it's sad. It's sad because there are a handful of hardcore players who actually enjoy the game for what it is - a pleasant pastime. I being one of those players.

    Oh well,,,,life goes on.

It's not WGT who's sinking the game, well ya they were kinda sh*tting the bed before as well, the real culprit is TG.

Have a look at them, their business model, drill down some. You'll see where and why all the new issues with the game are happening. I think it's pretty obvious what happened, WGT creator has always known there was a shelf life for the game, it's becoming clear that the game is slamming headlong into that wall. So he shops the business around to whoever, lands on TG, strikes a deal, gets on the TG payroll and the rest is what you're watching happen now.

I for one won't spend any more here, and I've spent quite a lot, as much as I have bitched at them, it's not a bad game for what it is. It is though nearing EOL, that's obvious.

I expect to come one day and get a domain resolve error. That day is coming soon, and Flash has nothing to do with it.
