Looking for advice

  I played this game for about a month a few years back then forgot about it.  Now I'm back and really like what I see.  I'm at the amateur tier lvl 24 and looking to make a club upgrade.  I have a budget of 1000 credits, any suggestion on what my first club upgrade should be.  I know, I know, it's a tight budget.  Should I build more credits or make a purchase now.  What should I do veterans?

  Personally I'd wait till you moved to "Pro" and can keep your average below par...two reasons...you'll get a better feel for your game and you'll be at a higher level and have more/better club options available.

  When you do buy. I'd start with wedges then a driver and stick with the beginner putter until you can get a Daytona.

  When I first started this game, I made the mistake of buying a putter first. From my experiences, you should buy a driver first, resulting in hitting greens closer, then resulting in shorter putts. After driver, go with the irons, then putter, then wedges.

  I think when first starting out the first club you should get is a good  'Driver'. If you have a good tee shot,  it sets you up for the rest of the hole.
