pretty sure Sat/Sunday rounds will be on network TV...

You're correct MB, but for those of us that have "cut the cord" there is no way to watch online. I can't even find the Open being broadcast on the site that I watch the World Series and the Superbowl on.

The usopen.com site only allows one to watch one of two featured groups or watch the action on holes 13,14 &15 and that's all.

One would hope that the USGA/PGA would finally come to grips with the fact that fewer and fewer people are watching golf and even fewer are taking the game up and maybe broadcast all major tournaments for free (in conjunction with broadcasting them on the major networks) across all media platforms to encourage more people to take an interest in the game we all love.

It because the PGA players all have WGT accounts and knew the course inside and out before they even started their practice rounds. Tommy Fleetwood is WGT's fmagnets.  You didn't know that?  That's why he's not playing online right now.

Ahhhh, now I see what's going on, makes perfect sense to me now.

    Had never considered that before.

And yes, as you mention it, seems everyone has their face in a phone during a sporting event...geesh, what ever happen to just carrying a transistor radio?

I think I'll just keep living in the past;)

I think this competition lost all credability when the BBC lost the rights to view.

Go to hell and back you Sky and all that streaming shite

Still being able to get local channels...A good reason not to have thrown away the old boob tube...

We are going to see more and more of these type of scores (10, 11 14 under) with the new technology in golf equipment and golf balls.

300 yard drives are becoming the overall average off the tee. 300 f'ing yards as an average!!!!

Over the next 20 -30 years courses will be developed to play "par" to the equipment being developed. Some of these guys are hitting 280 - 300 yards with their f'ing irons,,,LOL!

Not long until we see a 700 yrd par 5. 300 yrd par 3's.

    Its true.

Some of them were hitting irons into 18.  Hole played 680 yards.  Crazy.

On 16, Koepka had 180 something and hit 9 iron.  Lol
