  Gees, that is really harsh.

  I have found WGT/TG a caring, listening, communicative and philanthropic company who go the extra mile for their customers.

   

  • They care about the product and only release updates that players want, and the QA process is second to none.
  • They listen for what the majority of players want - clashes are a clear indication of how they got this right
  • They publish the news as and when it comes available - uodates on the fly so we are never in the dark
  • We get a free ball periodically and invite a friend......and they get even more - better than a Ponsi scheme

   

  WGT/TG especially listen to the people writing in with suggestions and praise for their implementations, and this only solidifies WGT/TG belief they deliver a truly great service. It is pretty hard to argue otherwise. 

  Sure you cannot please everyone all of the time, but WGT probably succeed 99.999% of the time.

  I'm glad they reset it for you Paul.  CS has been very good about doing so since they found a way to implement the change.  Since it happens sometimes, I've made it a point to be sure my status on the game client page shows green after I play on the new day.
