Please 'splain this to me as I'm kinda thick. It's called a "clash" which implies it is some kind of a competition, when in reality it should just be called " buy a putter that ain't all that great ", an' people still go for it ? Still havin' trouble understanding this concept folks. Nows, I might have an inkling of understandin' this, iffin' all "contestants" had fallen off a turnip truck an' landed square on their heads, but , barring that, I am completely baffled as to why anyone would participate. I guess it's just me, oh well, carry on, I'm sure there are more worthless pursuits available on this planet, it's just that none come readily to mind.

    Doc :)

How about the next clash tee markers be thomas the train or a mouse and a block of cheese. Im sure the 5yr old that makes these could do this.

I am surprised no one has mentioned the Course Builders as a reason to play in the Clashes. They are the only reason I do. WGT has put a value of 400 credits on them, which may be wishful thinking on their part, but at least it's something. To take full advantage of a Course Builder, my next CC tournament is going to be a "Set of the Week" tournament on a custom course. I figure that way all the members of our club will get a chance to play the game with upgraded equipment and maybe enjoy it more. And no, I don't work for WGT.

Could we hold the comments to this particular event? No need to cover old ground ... again.

The post title brought this to mind...
