  LOL Alex, there is no sign ups,Your funny!! pfft.1 comp per month.The monthly 18 hole,for around 5 or 6 months is the Qualifying situation normally ,Top 10 players i think will be picked and 2 Captain wildcards,Maybe the Ryder cup will be a St,Georges this year who knows( Hint).I think congressional favors the TM irons too much over g10s,

  KUDO'S to you Seve & the English Lakes CC members who will be taking thir time in running this tourney.....heard so much about this well regarded & looked forward to Tourney.....will be looking for the qualifying info....thanks again!

  Ms Priestess ... just a reminder.    The first Ryder cup in 2009 was held on US soil at Bethpage, in 2010 it was at St Andrews to honor our "non-US" brethren.   I think you see where I'm headed ... :).   

  I too want to thank everyone who stepped up to keep this going.   One suggestion.  Rather than do monthly qualifiers ... can you pick the weekly 18 and do it in 4 or 6 weeks ?   Or maybe even pick one every other week.   The monthly's just make the whole process drag out too long .... 

  Just an opinion.

  Great news Seve if its as successful as last year we are in for a great event,and thanks to the ENGLISH LAKES CC for stepping up to continue this great event.

  Thats a very good question Lou,i presume doing the monthly gives players more time to get a score in, But im with you on that weekly idea

  I see that the veterans of irc have geussed correctly :) Yes, it will be Congressional, it was in Europe last year.
