  I just realized that yesterday marked my 8th anniversary on WGT. 8 years and I have only missed playing 2 or 3 days during that time. For an older man who can't play real golf as often as he would like due to a work related injury WGT is great. No it's not perfect but it is very good. Joe

  Good For You, that's a long time and a great milestone. I can't play real golf anymore either, and I miss it. COPD takes it's toll on you.

  Holy Guacamole!! Congrats on sticking it out here for 8 long years Joe!! Hell, I'm just a youngster compared to you, having only played for coming up on 4 years. I too can't golf for real like I used to due to the removal of a tumor from my back going on 10 years ago but I still get out just for the camaraderie with my buddies. I usually play a lot here during our winter months. It's good to see folks who post the number of years they have played WGT golf. There's more "Old Timers" here then you think!! Lute

  Congrats!

  I've had my sixth "birthday" these days, starting when some major illness would keep me off real golf for a year. Lucky to say that I enjoy both now, including fond memories of Panola Mountains!

  I'll have my 8th in July, haven't accomplished much in that time. All good with me, I never planned on making WGT my goal. The friends I have made have exceeded any goal I ever set. Yes Panola mountain and the night that followed. Miss ya.
