The Elite CC vs Electra CC

  iwb1:

  Won my match against Simovoice. Very close fought game. Level after the front nine I took an early lead on the back nine to be 3 up. Simo then started pegging them back but needed to win the last hole to take it to extras. We both ended at 17' from the hole. Simo playing from the fringe putting first burned the edge of the hole. I had a downhill putt and over hit it to leave myself  a 5 footer coming back which I holed out.

  Much enjoyed the game. Play with you anytime Simo.

  Congratulations to iwb1 on a well played match against one of our best players. And congratulations to Elite for a great competition. Thanks to all who participated and completed their matches on time. It was a fun  time for all and The Elite Country Club has certainly lived up to its name.

  Thank you, Jeff for inviting us to play against some of the top talent on WGT. Hope we get a chance for a rematch in the near future. Good Luck to all of the players in the US OPEN and we'll see you later. Count on it!

  Thanks Electra for a great competition. It was incredibly close all the way through. I guess it doesn't matter if Amanda and I play our match, but if you'd like to I'm available pretty much all day. I look forward to our next competition, the 2 we have played have both been great fun and I'm sure the 3rd won't let down either. Electra has some of the best players in all of WGT and it's been a pleasure playing with you all.

  I would like to congratulate my teammates as well as Team Electra ... Awsome show of skill and sportsmanship. I would also like to give a  big  "THANK YOU"  to Jeff  and Lisa , it is very easy to see the time , effort , and hard work that has been put forth to organize this event and I want you both to know that I really appreciate it.

  Well played Elite,Another close encounter which produced some high quality golf,I said last time the clubs were pretty evenly matched and it went that way again with the odd putt and chip in deciding games,Look forward to the next endeavor ,I believe thats 1-1 ,Maybe we can arrange a meeting at RSG some time,Thanks Jeff for your efforts,And once again Congratulations Elite,

  First, let me start with THANK YOU ELECTRA CC for giving us the opportunity to compete against some of the most talented players in WGT. Everyone who participated in this tournament proved once again outstanding sportsmanship, and nothing short of fierce competition. Our good friend Priestess called it. Tess mentioned very early on that this tournament was going to be very close. Well, I think the score proves that statement to be right-on. I would hope our next meeting will be half as exciting as this tournament turned out to be.

  I want to acknowledge all my friends and fellow Elite members. Congratulations. Your actions, commitment, and sportsmanship is outstanding.   

  I can not put into words the appreciation I have for everyone who participated and committing themselves to “completing” your match’s. Everyone who was paired – played and finished. That is AWESOME. For that I am so grateful.

  Special thanks to Lisa for working with speedy and myself to organize this great event. Thank you Lisa. I am very excited to work with you in the future. I have to agree with Tess. We stand at 1 win a piece. I think our next Event will have to be something special. I’m thinking a Fall Special.

  Thank you speedy for creating the Tournament Board and keeping the win points updated daily.

  Thank you Dansamcam for creating a beautiful Tournament trophy. It is very much appreciated by ALL TECC members.

  If I left anything or anyone out I truly apologize. Again, thank you Electra CC for a very exciting MP Tournament that in the end “1” GAME made the difference. Your friend, Jeff

  Congratulations Ian. I dont know if you knew how important your match was, but either way you won against another fierce competitor Simovoice. Thank you Simo for bringing your skill and committment to this tournament. Your match against Ian played out just as expected - right to the very end. Thank you both for an exciting finish.

  Just wanted to say congrats, kudos and well played Elite, a very exciting and close competition.

  Thank you to Lisa, Speedy and Jeff who put in a lot of hard work to make this all happen.

  A big hug and thx to all my club mates that played and cheered us along... well done team!

  A special shout out to Simovoice for an incredible show of good sportsmanship and fairness.... when on the 6th hole and Simo sitting 30 some odd feet for an eagle and Ian sitting 2 yards for a birdie, Ian conceded the hole saying that his mouse was not working right, Simo being who he is automatically conceded the next hole to Ian! and then lost one down...

  Simo you are a man of honor, integrity and great sportsmanship.. You do Electra proud and I am honored to call you friend!  Mwahhh King woo hoo!

  Wow. That is TRUE sportsmanship Simo. You should be Awarded – Class Act Player of this tournament. I am sure in a situation as the one brio describes, under the circumstances of the tournament some too many may have NOT did what you did. Gentleman and Scholar my friend are 2 words that come to mind.

  Congrats to everyone in the Elite CC for a fantastic win.

  I'm hoping for a revenge in the future, that was fun.
