Group 2, Round 6 ECCC 2 v Scottish

NoBeeS had to sub for Gusrivas. Gus had his pc crash and has been MIA.

I came in hot with a hole out on 2 and near hole out on 3. He fought back going pinseeking the whole back 9. I was able to hold him off and take the match 2 up.

Group 4, Round 7 Trans Bandits vs Thunderchickens

Yiannis1970 wins 3&2

I made 3 mistakes and was 4 down. Yiannis was absolutely superb. What a great player. The banter and sportsmanship shown by him was top class, as it should be in a social game like this. It was a great pleasure playing him, and hope to get another shot in the near future.

Very close game played in good spirits never more than one hole in it

A draw was a fair result and even enjoyed playing Pinehurst for the first time in a long time

Group 1, Match 2: birchi vs. junedon

Had a very nice and quick match with June. My game was on point and I shot -10 for the 10 holes we played. June started very well with -2 after 3 holes, but was a bit unlucky with the infamous sloping greens of Pinehurst after that. Thanks for the game and good luck to CN for the rest of the tourney.
