Not the usual meter problems

  I dont usually have meter issues, just the occasional blip but today I have had to quit 2 games, 1 18 hole game at congressional and 1 9 hole game at St Andrews because all of a sudden the meter would constantly stutter all the way down making it impossible to even get close to hitting the 'ding'. even the graphics stutter when Im seeing other players play. this has never happened before to me, any ideas? I always run Gboost or Gamebooster when playing and theres no problems with any other sites so its not my connection.

  Sounds like you might have a video card that is physically failing. I had that problem a few months ago. 2 days of constant stuttering and on the third my PC would not boot up and i had garbled graphics on my start up screen. I replaced the video card and have had only a few stutters since. A Good way to check it out if you are using an add on card is to unhook your monitor from it and hook it up to your integrated card. If your meter stays bad then it is something else but if your meter improves a lot then it is your video card failing.

  Sorry I have had the same problem and my computer is new.  Not impossible to have a

  bad video card but I think it's the game not my computer card.

  I have found that after 2 or 3 9 hole rounds my meter starts to stutter and stall with stuttering graphics as well. What works for me is a flash and browser cache clean, if my pc has been on for a few days a reboot doesn't hurt either.
