*** Livegamer Shutting down ***

  Livegamer is shutting down, so please make sure you redeem your stuff ASAP. I do not have exact date, but it should work at least through the end of the month.

  Any update on the shut down date or will we be told two days after the fact?

  Two weeks have now passed, end of the month is now here and still no update on Livegamer shutting down. Why provide your customers with factual info when you can just leave them all guessing..... Typical of WGT.

  Caveat was that it should work at LEAST through the end of the month. Question now is should I let the views accumulate to try for 50  for 35 or cash in every 10 for 5?

  My guess,  they announced it early so anyone who had unredeemed views would cash them in.  Otherwise, unredeemed views meant no money going to WGT for them if/when livegamer went down for real.

   

  Makes me wonder how many people stocked up on Nike golf balls because "they were going to disappear" and how many of said people bought the credits to do so.

  "Should work" & WGT does not boost my confidence...... Cash in what/when you can I think. I'm sure WGT will confirm the end date AFTER it has passed.

  WGT isn't the one shutting it down so they might not know the end date either.

  I have never known a company not to have contractual dates in writing so I would be shocked f that was the case.

  Even if the original contract was not renewed and was continuously being rolled over, this would have a defined notice period......so WGT should be fully aware.
