Hi everyone. I wanted to come in here to wish everyone Happy Holidays and update you all on what's going on around here.
As we message out every year, the Holidays are busy and Customer Service will be a little backed up. They will be responding to your ticket, but it may take a little longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.
For those of you on mobile, we are absolutely not ignoring your feedback about the new changes. In fact, I've had quite a few discussions about how we'll use your feedback to improve the app with the people who would be in charge of making that happen. So yes, even when we are unable to respond we are paying attention, that also goes for those of you supplying feedback for the PC game (don't think I forgot about you).
