overtheedge:These forums have become a one-way street that is moderated by "behavior". If you have a different opinion or you take a stronger stand against a topic discussion and your "behavior" is that of a bad boy or girl the moderators are very quick to put you in the corner for a time out. Not just a 2, 3 wk time out., but "indefinitely".

That's as easy as moderation can take place. However that, ^^ was my facetiousness, slipping out. If I did not write that, the Hedgester, may think I am being serious, as he refers to Craig as "Swanny", I believe he opens himself up for the same retorts. No malice, or insulting pretense. Just tit, for tat. Ego for Id, if you will.
However, I don't care! He has a birthright in this country, to say what he wants, be it right or wrong, is up for any persons interpretation. Usually the majority.
What majority? The majority in these forums consist of about 5 people, as best of a guess, that I would put money on. Not Mods either.
I was moderated to my surprise, as I am not confrontational, mostly. Was that to offensive? I don't think so. I am bias towards myself, so, IDK.
Upon finding out I was moderated, after the complete shock of said moderation, wore off, I contacted CS, as to find the reasoning, for such an egregious action, perpetrated upon my fine self.
Bias again, non offending kind, I assure you.
I was not answered with a blasé, "Jimmy cracked corn", platitude.
I was given a very specific reason, "A few of the community found a post I made, offensive". A real answer, respectful, I will add as well. I haven't been able to find it yet, C'est la vie.
I was told to sit in the corner for a month, then to contact them, about being unleashed, into the wild again.
CS was very polite, succinct, and, Jimmy didn't crack corn...
I do welcome new personas, as well as fresh (take it any way you want) ideas, that will allow these once great debating debacles, to be revived, into the older version, of opinions allowed, within reason, as stated so eloquently by the offensive linesman above.
