What is the secret to putting? Nearly every hole is at least a three putt and several with four putt greens. Several things happen .... either what I think is the right direction sees the ball not go on line usually right but sometimes left of what I think is the line ...... but mostly it's the short 2 to 5 foot putts where I have the pointer going right at the hole and the ball goes wide of the hole.

On shorter putts I find it helpful to add 1-2 feet to the distance calculation. This will help keep the ball on your line to the hole and take some of the break out. C
