Hi Icon - first time posting on the forum, so apologies if it’s misplaced...
I’ve tried to get a hold of CS several times over the past month and I’m not even getting so much as an automated email back. In the past it has been automatic and CS has been great/fair... but now they seem non-existent. I attempted directly emailing as recently as today.
Some of the glitches I’ve read about in the forums have caused me to get booted from coin rooms before finishing the match - and sometimes before even taking a shot. This has resulted in 7 forfeitures in Bellagio over the past month that I did not cause yet I was charged coins for them and also used CC passes that were purchased. This equates to a LOT of time and money for me and I’ve been a constant contributor to the game, so this lack of communication is worrisome and frankly it has gotten well past the point of frustration. I don’t want to rehash the entire email chain I’ve sent (as there is more than just the coin room issue), so I’ll stop there in hopes that youlllnbe able to track it down.
Nobody seems to want to help me, respond to me, or acknowledge the emails / feedback requests I have sent in. I have others in my club getting responses back from a day or two ago, so I feel like the avoidance has been intentional.
Are you able to see the emails and requests I have been sending through?
