Not a predictor as such but instead a season long event tied to the English Premier League (Aug '18 - May '19) is one I'd love to see in the main forums rather than just within the confines of a CC.
20 players each 'chipping in' with a 50K buy in = 1,000,000 credits up for grabs.
Each plays 38 fixtures against the other 19 players (1 home + 1 away)
No egos allowed.
Not suitable for those that only ever post their best scores.
Not suitable for quitters.
No need to post cards.
No need to fret over time differences etc.
Weekly/monthly/season long performance awards (credits) up for grabs.
All fixtures run in tandem with WGT's own weekly single play 9 hole game client based event.
Miss a game = yellow card. Miss two games = red card and substituted from 'bench' by another.
Players are ranked and the lowest ranked player pairs up with the highest ranked team in the real world.
Example:
Week 1: Player A / Man Utd v Player B / Liverpool
Players head-to-head:
Player A 29 (+3 goals) v Player B 32
Real life Fixture:
Man Utd 1 v Liverpool 4
WGT Premier League Score :
Player A 4 v Player B 4
