In this case, it sounds like you're going to have to contact customer service to see if they can do something. The only other alternative is to purchase some credits or see if you can complete a survey or watch some videos on the mobile app.
I mean, if you have 1,041 credits, you only need 59 more credits. I bet if you tried some surveys, you would at least hit one that would give you enough credits.
