How come that a Tour Pro Ready Go tournament was won by a guy shooting 61 and he is a Master or Legend. I thought this was strictly for Tour Pros. someone give me an answer or fix this problem

he/she probably got moved up to new tier just now, so u are likely seeing their score when they were in old tier
