  I watched a tutorial that showed green arrows indicating the slope of lie in the fairways..

  I am at pro level 50 and have not seen these arrows.

  Do they exist?

  Unless you mean the little green arrow on the info box, which shows how much lower or higher the pin is from where your standing?

  There is the grid, and there are indicators - dots - which move according to the speed and lie of the break.

  Is this the arrow you are referring to.  I have never seen this while playing the game.
