callaway balls

  I seemed to have noticed lately that the life of the callaway balls has benn cut shorter then it had started with is this true and if so why, we are putting enough money into this game as it is. This is not just my opinion but the opinion of everybody I know who uses them.It is getting to the point I am ready to go back to SD ball as they are less then 1/3 the price and sure seem to wear out just as slow now.    ty Jim

  I'm not getting that, mine still last over 3 rounds of 18 holes. Strange.

  lucky you I doult I get 3 rounds of 9 out of a ball anymore if I was still getting over 54 holes I would feel great. consider yourself lucky if you are getting that much from one.   Jim

  Right now I don't have callaways in my bag (I don't feel the need for them at RSG) but during the U.S. Open Qualifying I was getting about 3 18 holers out of each ball.  Not a bad trade off for the crazy spin IMO.
