Plus, posting on the forums seems to attract new members to my country club.

    Generally Chileans. LOL.

When you check the leaderboards of the July Open and the Amateurs one has lower scores than the Tour Masters one then in my book it's pretty obvious that some people are not playing to the rules.

There will always be cheaters in any game.  The solution should be to make it less inviting for them to participate.  You do this by moving the top 10 & ties up a Tier.  Let them score those ridiculous scores, just move them up a Tier.

Believe me, they will not complain because they know they are cheating.  There is absolutely NO WAY an honest Hack or Amateur can post a 29, 30, or 31 on any WGT course.

when i was amatuer i shot 62 at st andrews, now im master i still havent beaten it, some lower teir players have good rounds, you cant call someone a cheater because of one good score, if they continue to post good scores they will be moved up, i understand that some players are cheating but to say there is NO WAY an honest hack or amatuer is just not true.

It's a very common disease, Greg.  I have an offshoot strain and I fear it's becoming terminal. It's called ohhowmanymoredamnedputtsamIgonnaleavetwoinchesshortitis Ongoing symptoms are headaches of migraine intensity and raw vocal chords. I shall soon seek assisted euthanasia.

This game is suppose to be for entertainment.. I understand the need for WGT to charge for better equipment and even balls and appreciate the fact it can be played totally free of charge-Without better tools it is virtually impossible to shoot 60's at Oakmont.

The problem lies with the fact it borders on becoming a gambling site where credits are "real money"  in any language or country.  When "REAL" money is involved it is certainly WGT's fiduciary responsibility to make sure there is no cheating going on.  And they certainly should not have a lackluster approach to reports of such either here on forums or directly as part of their due diligence.

When I first started this game I feel as though I had just fell off the turnip truck and got run over by hustlers in the ready go tournaments and in the match play challenges. Just to mention a couple of methods my money can disappear. Opps, sorry did I say real money, I meant "credits"  I live in the USA and gambling online that is not sanctioned by the state or federal government is quite ILLEGAL.  With this in mind, perhaps all that feel they have gotten cheated on WGT should post their complaints with the United States Department of Commerce and or the FBI / Justice Department.

As I do not see a permanent solution to what is most definitely impossible to fix and police I can only offer what I have decided to do with my WGT game for now on.

Play the "free" tournaments, stay away from ready go tournaments-play match play challenges with those I know and trust and have fun trying to become better and perhaps one day master this game.  By George!  Are we having fun yet?
