    Best 2 players don't qualified to phase 4 will play phase 4 bis

    In case of tie:

    1) best total score

    2) more rounds played

    3) worse Tier/Average

    They will play match play UEL Wolf Creek 18 hole

    The winner prize 3 sleeves

    The loser prize 1 sleeve
