  Most likely why some have not been moved up despite low averages, probably has to do with a minimum of ranked rounds. No idea how many are required, but I know that for all lower tiers there has to my memory been a minimum requirement!

   You are correct, but how do you know that 200 rounds didn't change?  Tour legend was also 200 rounds as well, but that has changed since last update.

  I don't know. That's why I framed it the way I did. :-) 
  
  If they did change it for either tier (Tour Legend or Champion) or both, I think it's bad form. Another possibility is that it's simply a glitch that took place with the opening up of the Tour Champion tier. 
  
  Right now, it's a wait and see situation.

  Saturation at Champion tier has always been 200 rounds that count for average. 

  Also those players below the average of 55 at Champion tier may not of played a game yet since the update. Playing 1 ranked round triggers the the move.

  Just played the wolf Front 9, works best with slow meter low distance ball.  Back 9

  4.0 Callaways with 2.5 meter works well in mod wind.  Lots of uphill to the greens.

  Check the distance and wind direction.  Played for real (2x) Great job WGT!!!

  This is just what the game needed,can play either easy,or very hard depending on the wind settings,some great risk and reward holes as well,have tried it on all three levels of wind  and Heavy is very tough indeed,moderate is ok,low is easy,

  but still a great course ,will be a favourite for MP games
