What we can do is ask WGT to remove this post.

My wish and hope for you is that along your new journey away from here, that you can somehow find a way to let go of all this pain your in mate.

Well done WGT for removing that post, No need for of that sort of behaviour.

I wasn`t able to see the Match between Jo and Spazz live but watched it back and it was a cracker of a game, Well done Lads.

It was wrong, of course it was.  There are a mix of people in all cc's and this is as ridiculous as the person earlier saying he had been in three cc's and there hadn't been a cheat in any of them. I played someone from Paragon in this and they were exteremely sporting.

What doesn't seem right is that you'll ask wgt take his post down, why this one and not a couple of others I could point out?  He's entitled to his opinion and if that opinion gets him banned that's up to wgt, if they want to delete his post ditto.  So is it as he suggests a particular CC is unsporting? I'd think they can handle that.  Or the frustrated "die in hell" equally I think they'll get by.

Maybe it's who it was written by.  He apparently is someone TD is allowed to be sarcastic to.

Kylander is/was a very social player, I didn't know him well but shared a few alt shot games with him, as did many others seeing as he's played over 4,400 of them, and found him good company.

I'm really sorry if my attempt (and failure) to get public clarification on the use of screensharing contributed to bringing Kyle to here.

Won my match against Mark (mbcarp99) with 1UP. Excellent match, it was nice to catch up with an old club mate.

Mark came back twice from 3DN after 6 and 2DN after 15 to all square on the 18th tee. I luckily hit my approach to 2ft. His wasn't much worse, but the 10 footer did an extremely unlucky 360.

Thanks for the match, Mark! Good luck to the rest of the Wooden Tees. Certainly my personal highpoint of the tournament to be able to play against the old club in the semis.

Was great to play with my old clubmate and friend Simon, we were AS going down 18 and Simon nailed his approach to 2ft, i had a horseshoe moment from 10ft and that was it

all the best to everyone left to play

Cup semi final match - The Beat Ranch vs Wooden Tee,

    TheGuydownstairs wins 3/1 vs Tjos.

One minute we messaging each other about playing on Saturday & then boom we jumped straight on the 1st tee instead!

Terry played great golf and only a couple of untimely pars on the back nine being the difference between us.  It was an absolute pleasure to play with Terry and I wish him and all the other players good luck for the remaining matches.

DP I`m not one for picking on people, I`m more known for defending them, The big issue I had with that post is Ky was tarring everybody with the same brush.

He may have had bee in his bonnet against a particular player, Who Knows?

Possibly more than one person but to throw out that sort of comment against a whole CC is more than a little extreme in my view..

I never had the opportunity to play Kylander but would have loved the game as I do in 99% on he games I play, So please believe I am not condemning this individual only the wording he used to attack a full CC, A Club that I do not belong too.

DP If I had found other posts at the time to be just as Naughty then maybe I would have asked the same of WGT.

I have no problem, Or hope I don`t with anybody on WGT, I don`t get to read every single created but when I see something that I believe is wrong I voice my opinion and own it.

My apologies if I have upset Yourself or Kylander, Not intentional, Just saying if I have a problem with a person/s I try to resolve the matter with that person/s.

    Peace my friend

    Chris

    Hi,

I'd like to commend DodgyPutter for his generous comments towards the player from our CC he played against In an earlier round & by the way very well played Sir In that same said round at Oly'.

Also the same said player from our CC was very sporting In In an earlier round at Wolf Creek when lets say there was a bit of a fiasco re Air Shots, Disconnects, Restarts n so & cos of the time difference (16 hours If I remember) our player sportingly Forfeited the match.

Just to be clear there were no hard feelings/animosity between them during or after the game & we (Both CC's) laughed about the game afterwards.

So to finish Kyle In his now deleted Post was very selective In his unsportmanship directed to a CC as a whole, Of course there can be/are Individuals In all CC's who use Gamemanship/Unsporting behaviour but they are In the minority In all CC's

    Cup Playoff; Semi-Finals

    Matchplay

    Merion

    Match 2

    PARAGON 1 v PARAGON 2

    Tie # 4

    ujjbnik (Peter) {#115} v Kenher01 (#125)

    # 1, I went all out on the 1st to drive the green with a 9 mph TW & left myself a 14 yards pitch, This turned Peter's hand who was gonna lay up ;) so he'd no choice but to follow suit & we both nearly holed out our pitches so hole halved with tap In birds, AS.

    # 2, Front Pin but a HW here so no Eagle putt possible, I put my wedge In close but The Holeout King well nearly holed out his, 2 tap In birds again to leave It at AS.

    # 3, Back right Pin on the par 3, A headwind so I elected to hit a 3 Wd with a few dabs of TS to go long & roll back to pin, Dinged It (In the lap of The Gods now as who knows where a dinged 3 Wd can go) & It went where I aimed & landed just past like I wanted & went up past & started to roll back for one fleeting sec before It stopped. Pete's underpower Driver finished 3 yd's past. I left my 33 Ft putt just short & Pete rolled In his 9.4 Footer to go 1 up.

    # 4, Front pin on the par 5 but another HW :( I putt my wedge In close but again I dodged another bullet as Pete came close to holing out. Two tap In birds to leave Pete 1 up.

    # 5, Pete hit his drive onto the FW, I didn't (No complaints (I took an aggressive line with no margin for error to try & get a kick to gain a few yd's & with clicking 2 pivels early It didn't turn & splat In the bunker) I took my medicine & wedged out & Pete put It to 2 Ft from 174 yd's out. My PW from 118 out landed close & rolled back n off as per, Pitch back on finished a ft from the hole but wouldn't have mattered as Pete had 2 ft for bird, 2 up Pete.

    # 6, 2 slight miss-dings by us both but my approach stayed below the hole & Pete's finished just shy of pin high right. Pete was 1st to putt from 18 Ft just missed a cup high & rolled back & did well to stop 6 ft below the hole, I managed to sink my 12 foote for bird to cut the deficit to 1.

    # 7, We both put our wedges In close so 2 gimmee birds to leave Pete 1 up.

    # 8, We both kinda made a mess of our approaches with wedges to the back pin, Pete's landed past but went sideways Instead of backways & I clicked late & finished pin high right. Pete sank his 7.5 footer. After much deliberation as to which camera was showing the true break I eventually settled on one view & sank my 7 footer to leave It at still 1 In It.

    # 9, Par 3 Back pin with a TW, After a lot of deliberation & spinning I finally went with the cam that showed the least break & sank my 9.5 Footer & Pete In turn sank his 7 Footer to leave It at 1 In It.

#10, A teaser of a TW on #10, To do or not to do, I decided to decline the chance of a possible eagle & laid up on the FW with a 3 Iron off the tee but ete was braver than I & went for It & was unlucky that his tee shot just rolled off the back of the green & onto the fringe. I put my 68 punch to within a yd. Pete's pitch from 17 yd's grazed the hole so a bird apiece to leave It with Pete 1 up still.

    # 11, Back pin. Slight HW off tee, We both elected to drive Into the rough & both of us put our wedges from the 40/50 rough from 65 yd's & 60 yd's to within a yd of the hole for 2 gimmee birds to leave It still with 1 In It.

     # 12, I was worried about driving through the dogleg FW so backed off my driver & low & behold I found the near rough about 1/2 a yd from the FW :( . I managed to get an 8i on & pin high from the 40/50 rough & Pete stuck another wedge In close. I missed a cup high from 16 Ft right that I'd to aim 2 boxes high of the hole & Peter sunk his nasty 5 footer to go 2 up.

    # 13, Back pin with a TW. We both put It semi close & Pete's liar putt from 8 ft lipped out. I just overread the break & missed a ball high to leave It at still 2 up for Pete.

#1 4, Pete's approach came up 16  ft short & I finished pin high right. Pete sank the putt so I'd to make my 5 footer to stay In touch which I did so a bird apice to still leave It at 2 up to Pete.

    # 15, Front pin. So wedges In hand with the approaches. 91 yd's In for me & 89 for Pete. I finished 4.2 Ft just past pin high right & Pee finished 4 ft just long n left. I elected to RAM my putt & It just caught the Inside right of the hole & spat out & Pete sunk his to go 3 up.

    # 16, Writing on the wall, Dormie. Back pin. Pete came up 3 yd's short & I clicked slightly late against the wind (not Intentional) & finished 3 yd's pin high right. I managed to sink my 9.7 footer to possibly extend the match but Pete also sank his tricky 8.9 footer to 1/2 the hole with birds but win the match.

Very well played Pete, A thoroughly deserved win as you were -14 through 16 holes (-10 for me through 16 holes).

So that leaves It at 1 win apice to PARAGON 1 & PARAGON 2 with plenty of Intriguing matches still to come.

Thanks again for the game Pete & going easy on me & "letting" me make It past the 11th hole! ;)

PS Pete didn't know what to think as the match was played at a frenzied pace, "Only" took 1 hr 18 min's to finish (I'm sure we "might" have finished under 2 hr's ;) "If" It had gone the distance
