Enjoyed the game Rob, cheers mate. Was nothing in it really, I jagged a few birdies on the back 9 and Rob shaved the hole literally several times

Just played my match with Jim.

Jim was a very nice guy to play with, we both had our ding issues at times but was still an enjoyable tight contest.

lzrgolfr wins 1 up

From what I gather it was an epic contest played down to the last hole as per the comment posted on our forum by lzrgolfr. - "Had an excellent match with MGB01. Literally either exact same off tee, or exact opposite goofs. Neither of us had our best round, but I managed to catch the last break for a 1-up win."

We are really enjoying both this contest and the WC as a whole Trans Pirates and their cub Transgressional are a great bunch of people as have been everyone we have played against so far.

Plate Playoff: Las Vegas Knights vs East Coast CC 2

Two match results to report.

MBowe (#478) vs korion50 (#237)

This was a 7 & 6 win for korion50 and East Coast. Quoting Mike from the LVK: "...he wooped me good - up 7 after 12, I won't be able to sit down for a week..... Great guy thou, enjoyed the match."

Wutpa (#466) vs alph51 (#227)

This match was won and lost in the first 3 holes as I ran to 3 Up after three consecutive putts of Al's just slid by the hole. Nine holes later I was still 3 Up which shows how evenly matched we really were. I sneaked in a couple of wins on #13 and #14 after the unfriendly Olympic greens left Al with a bit too much to do and that was the end of the match. Wutpa and the LVK win 5 & 4.

Great company, and Al was a true gent who was generous with his comments and didn't complain once about the way the game went for him, despite being unlucky. Thanks for the game Al, it was a pleasure.
