I actually sort of liked them and will use them. But as the ex co-head of copyright and trademark policy for a major company, I hope they cleared the trademark through the candy company.
That said, the candy company might not challenge it because (a) they didn't trademark it or (b) there is lack of logo confusion and no loss of business (both defenses to trademark challenges), but we would have cleared it in advance.
