    Haven't played all that much bur was scanning the forums looking for some tips and stuff and after reading all the formulas and computations I'm still looking for tips and stuff only I am more confused than ever and my head hurts.

    Interesting list for a Hack Like myself, but i dont understand it, as you say it is for head & tail winds ( only?) how can it be the same extra yardage for both?? I'm confused. For example the chart says 150yd with 20mph wind = 17.5yds, so I read that to mean I need to use a club suitable/capable to reach 167.5yds whether the 20mph wind is head on or from behind... That cant be right can it?

    I do what little bit of calculations I do in my head, and it's not real accurate, but +/-10 mph str8 becomes +/- 5 yds.. diagonal winds are roughly half that.  Works for me.. kinda. . lol

    Is this for headwind? Or tail wind?  Can't imagine you use the same yardages for both.

    + for headwind, - for tailwind with a slight adjustment.

    example

    head

    180 12head= 180+12.6=192.6

    tail

    180-(12.6*.75)= 170.55
