unfortunately I'm not 17 years old

  Hi everybody,

  Ican't play any tournament 'cause it says I'm not 18 yet...unfortunately I'm 35 (it was much better I was 17)...

  I sent two emails to the wgt member services and, after few days, they wrote me that they changed my date of birth...

  now...one day is passed and nothing is really changed...I still can't play any tournament and the game still says I'm not 18...

  is there something I can do to fix the problem?

  or do I have to send another mail?

  or maybe it is better that I create a new accont (I'm amateur...I could, even if it wouldn't be so fantastic)

  Care to help him by being specific? Email WGT again? Try entering the tourtament again?

  Well, we reset it again, so I asked him to try it again.

  bottom right of your screen click on "Contact" .. them send WGT a mail explaining ur problem .. they should be able to help you out
