like to know how we progress from hack to amature e.t.c... do we need to play other players and win to progress or ?..(could you answer that question please),

I have bur one question If you are in the fairway with a ten mile a hour mind to your back and hit the ball right on the meter way does the ball go 10 to 20feet shorter than it should ? i have played several different courses and it seems it never goes the total yards it should

So how do the different rankings work? There are players with at lower levels with higher avg. scores with higher rankings than where i am at. Just wondering

A great deal of your distance depends on where it hits the ground and terrain, it may bounce forward and give you a lot more distance or may come up short for just the same reason. The ball rolls a lot on the fairway.  The ball you use can make a difference,  A ball hit with a little draw will go further than a ball straight, also a fade will come up a little shorter. Another factor is weather or not you have imparted spin on the ball, top or bottom it will affect your distance. and of course the wind as you know. I don't know if this helps you or not.

Your Average Score will be based on multiple best scores within ONLY your current Tier, not scores that you shot when in previous Tiers, which better reflects your current skill competing with the tee boxes and green speeds in your current Tier. Your Average Score will be based on ONLY your best scores, so completing a bad round will not negatively impact your Average Score or Tier. So be sure to finish all your rounds and gain the extra experience points, as a bad day won’t matter. Averages reset each time you get promoted within a tier, you could be at 62.5 and move to another tier and after a few rounds be at 75.
