I have a bone to pick with you guys at WGT. I understand that you have to constantly update the soft ware, and you usually do it at 11PM west coast time. You did one last night. And it caused the game I was playing in to shut down. I lost my 41 day consecutive day played streak.
I play your game every single day, after I get home from work. And would have a consecutive day streak of over 600 if it wern't for the "Game delayed due to Frost" sign that interrupts our game. There are no warnings that the game is going to be shut down. If there were I would not be playing a game that takes hours to complete vs. minutes. I could make an educated decision about what game to play and keep my cosecutive game streak going.
Please reset my consecutive games to 40, this is were it was before your software update CRUSHED my streak and my spirit again, this is the third time that it has happened to my.
I am really disappointed that you don't have a grace period allowing players to continue the game that you so violently interrupted without any warning allowing for the continuation of the consecutive game streak. If you did I would a 600+ streak.
Let me know how you are going to rectify this.
