I have recently starting playing this game and recently recent reached lvl 31 after a little thought i decided i would purchase some credits in order to buy the r11 set available @ lvl 32.
i decided to use the gift card option (circle K card) and when i tried to redeem the card it said to enter the PIN which was sent to my mobile phone.. the PIN came within 5 seconds, i then entered it and got the message " oops the pin is mistyped or incorrect please try again" so i recheck the PIN and verify that i did it correct and submit it again.. i get the same "oops" message! :@
i called the Circle K number to make sure the money was on the card, and they assured me it was and the balance was available for use
so i again try the gift card option and repeat the above actions.. and this time i get a message stating i have TOO MANY FAILED ATTEMPTS!! WTF??! VERY FRUSTRATING!!
whats the issue here, whats going on?:S Do you not want my $40. dollars and me to continue playing the game and no doubt spending more $$ in the future (isn't that what this site is all about getting the players to spend real dollars?)
Please help me resolve this issue ASAP or i will just use the gift cards for gas instead and you will lose out on my MONEY... THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP!
