  An often reply is to try a different web browser,  give that a shot if you haven't already.

   

  Another thing that would help is a screenshot so we can see exactly what you are trying to describe and be of further help.

  Had that happen before. It happens when you use an OS that opens the items in the pro shop  in rows of 2 instead of 3 a row (horizontally). However, when the buy window opens, you should still see glimpses of the green "buy now" tab somewhere around where the comments start. If you scroll over it and the arrow disappears and the index finger shows up (on your mouse pointer, I'm useless when it comes to the tech terminology), it should work. You should be transferred to a secure page where you then confirm the purchase. Let me know if this was your issue and if the remedy works for you.

  So tell me why there isn't any free surveys working anymore? I've taken them almost every day looking to get the credits but none to be had. Another problem I see is there is no place to make comments in any of your discussions area's or if you have a question to ask.

  Hello, I am a newer player and I am having a lot of problems with WGT.

  1st I am not receiving credit for the things that I have either downloaded or taken part in such as surveys. When I watch the videos I am not receiving credit for most of the videos!!!

  2nd I am not allowed/not able to join any CC and I am not really sure why I am also not able to search CC for people who have posted on the Blog site looking for members

  Please Help!!

  Hi there

  I've notice lately, several times in the last short while, after I finish a game completly and I log out, when I come back to play there's an anouncement that I have lost the game (which I won) because I've forfeited the game. 

  It's happened now a few times and my percentage is going down fast.  I'm waiting till the game has ended, the score card is shown and I'm done.  Just like I've done hundreds of times now.  It's a bit disconcerting, especially that it's happening fairly often. 

  I've tried to make it a policy to finish games, whether I'm winning or not.  Can you have someone check this out.  Please before my % gets down too far.

  i cant buy any balls because the max ball is stuck in spot were i need to hit buy??????

    bigman, I had the same problemo a month or so into  signing up, and found a remedy for that, and a better browser (maxthon 3) that fixed the herky-jerky lead-up to striking the ball, but, back to that weird issue of how to succeed at spending your credits on stuff.  I have to navigate thru the home screen after sign-in clicking on 'account'...then 'profile', and then 'equipment...and then finally to the 'buy gear' button.   My fix also revolved around making sure the browser's display screen was open to 100%...before it was defaulting at 95% and I was advised to check that out an hour after I finally bought me some nice, shiny 10 credit WGTs that looked soo awesome cause my game totally needed tiger's mulligan feature..  good luck gettin there, and hope I helped some..'

  I have noticed in my profile as to scores posted playing BLITZ.  A few days ago.  I posted @93,000.  It does not appear.  The highest posting is @67,000.
