  Dwayne, they are not trying to get rid of him, nor take your balls.    For  now just play off the water(aim clear of it) and see how your shot reacts, as you see your shot patterns develop you can adjust your hitting for better scoring positions, even with water in play.  Also,  WGT is  programming a ball retriever which should be available later this fall.   Cost estimate in the 6.00 dollar range,  retrieval distance of 12 feet, renewable user fee after 12 balls retrieved of 3.00 for your next 12 balls, 25%ball wear reduction(betterment) taken from each water retrieved ball.

  WG Talex,

  Question: Literally every time I am invited to play, the invite is cancelled. Every time. Very frustrating. Why is it doing that? If I create a game, and it actually starts, an error invariably occurs and it's over half way into the round. Why? I have all the system requirements, and then some. Please help. I love the game but, it is becoming more frustrating than fun. Thank you. davidmichael56

  I just received an e-mail stating that for a $5 credit purchase I would receive a 3 pack of Calloway balls. I made the purchase---did not receive the gift---why??

  Hi Alex, yes, i am reasonably new to WGT, but loving it, I have a question, last night, my time, 9-00 Perth W.A., i was involved in an alternative shot game, and twice there appeared an error msg and i was informed to close the window and re start the game, this happened a THIRD time, and my partner and i were told that as WE had disconnected 3 times we were D.Q'ed.

  We had NOT disconnected THREE times, we had BEEN disconnected THREE times ???.

  What's the story here Alex, we were having a great game and then WGT stuffed it up on the last hole for heavens sake ??.

   

  An explanation would go a long long way !!.

  There's no differentiation between active and passive. 3x out is out for good. Don't take it too serious, it's but a game.
