Totally agree, I am using up my balls and will not play anymore. I also started in 2012 and had fun while it lasted..

Yep... I loved the flash game, too, but the new version is such a huge improvement. I can't bring myself to play flash anymore.
The new version doesn't let me play blitz. At least I couldn't find it easily

They are adding game modes a little at a time. I expect that blitz will be one of the last things added.
