Ramdom disconnect by WGT

  Twice tonight I was disconnected in stroke play games.  If I've played with your before, going plus anything over 2 doesn't bother me, I'd still fininsh my round.  Ranked rounds & stats I play for and trying to make my 1st hole in one & a double eagle would be nice also.  But, have other memeber's of WGT gotten disconnected and not by their own doing is what I'm asking?

  Any excuse Icon? Happen twice to me today, and I played with 2 other gentlemen that where -3 at Kiawah, 8th hole. I played back from a plus 3 to plus 1 and got disconnected just after missing a 25 foot birdie, putt, down hill 13 inches. Less than 0.9 back to the pin for par. Quite sure the other players both assumed I had quit. Burning my balls WGT when u boot me off the round. I should receive Callaway replacement ball for the hits I put on that Tour (s) ball. Venting strongly.

  Just happened to me in a match play on congressional after 8 holes and playing even with a legend...and tells me I lost 'cause I didn't come back in time....but you know what they will tell you?...clear your cache's and send a bug report...and of course it's all on your end anyway...right!

  I get kicked off on a regular basis i thought it was my PC playing up so i spent money to have someone come in and fix the problem, i also got a new router thinking that could be the problem then i sent the PC off for full diagnostics and it came back clean. 

  So after spending over £100 to fix a problems thats actually a WGT problem i am a little bit frustrated. I keep freezing and getting cache read failure, i empty my cache at least twice a day when i am on this game which i dont think i should have to do.

  U could name all of them and then let me decide.  Having nothing to say and saying that it could be many things, u leave room to say what else WGT has to maintance on other than broken meters, lagging game, blown camara views that help me miss putts, concerte over some of the holes when the ball rolls right over it for a 45 foot missed eagle that would have made my 1st ever -9, late registering ( meter stops when & where it wants too)  & I can't think of any more.  Your turn!

  Well that was very helpful i would just like to thankyou for all the help and support you have given me. I thought this forum was for support your last comment shows a lack of not been interested.

  well,

  disconnects could be anything from your connection to your computer to some connection issue between your end to our servers, so something else...

  hence why I didn't want to guess, for it may just give you more false ideas than good ideas.

  Guys - this happens to me EVERY time I play WGT in any Match or Stroke play against another WGT member.  I get that error message saying there's a server disconnection, I hit Yes to retry the server and then it disconnects me more times than not.  When I am playing just a regular tournament or in a Country Club tournament, I get the same error messages all game long, but I can just hit yes and I get back to the game. 

  1 - It's NOT my connection.  This has happened to me when playing from different computers on different connections from a T1 to a wireless connection.

  2- It's NOT a cache clearing or temp file clearing issue - I have done all of those many many times

  3 - It's NOT a memory issue or a security level issue with my settings...done those too.

  BOTTOM LINE:  This is a WGT issue and they need to put some effort into it b/c I'm positive that I am not the only one who is pissed off and about to quit WGT forever.  I spend hundreds of dollars a year on this thing and it's really completely unfair that this hasn't been fixed yet!  We should absolutely get refunds from all the balls we waste and all the time we waste.  It's disgraceful.

  OK! Here it goes.

  Come on WGT, I have been playing on here for about a month and a half. Spent over 100 dollars of my money for clubs and balls.I love to play. The game is well set up and seem pretty fair to all. And i understand computter glitches. Stuff Happens! But why cant you guys make compensation when we are playing  and have time and money invested in a game and we get cut off. How about monutering who gets knocked off and give us a ball, ( the one we are playing). This is really getting old. If it was totally free i could understand, but it is not for me. Come on guys!!!!!!!!!!!!
