Erm... Not joining this tour, but to clarify, there's no such thing as a "German Time Zone".
The proper term is CET (Central European Time). This time zone applies to all European countries except the UK, Ireland, Iceland, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Finland, Romania, Bulgaria, and countries that used to be part of the former Soviet Union.
