Can you supply your video card and driver details?
Lower GMA chipset isn't really supported anymore in Unity / WebGL, it's very hit and miss.
There isn't a workaround other than buying something newer.
(If your laptop is using that chipset, this is likely your issue)
windows 8.1 64 bit? not sure where to find the driver and video card details?
Search computer for device manager.
Look for display adaptor in device manager.
Info should be there.
