Was charged earlier this morning on a "free rental"... sent problem to customer support.. Still waiting for a response and return of "spent" credits. Yup.. bad move... offer free rental and take the credits. No fun

Good news if you want to try new sticks unless your past level 101 and there is nothing new that you haven't tried. How about some rental balls? They are virtual so it's not like we're gonna hurt them, lol. Oh well, enjoy everyone.

As stated by Don, contact customer service about the credits paid for the free rentals. They should be able to fix that, and it`s free rental now.

Usually any problems I've had in the past were resolved fairly quickly. Had no doubts WGT would fix this problem too.
Credits were reimbursed.
