Match play awards

  I've now played about 5 match play games since this type of game became available.  I haven't received any awards for winning them, and I won them all.  The last one was today, and I made sure I chose "scored" and not practice.  It now shows one win and one point (not sure if that's one point for the win or what that means.  I won 3 and 2.)  Anyway, I still didn't get the first award for winning a match or getting a point in a month.  Can someone fix this?  It's been a problem since match play became available.

  I show 3 awards listed on my screen for match play.  I have an alternate shot win, but my "1" match play win that shows up does not give me the award for getting one.  I think it's because I played a match play game before the awards existed, and I was a member before match play was introduced.  If you can see my awards, look at them.  I have won 5 matches overall, and no awards.
