Club clash 120 -- 12 hours for next pass???

  Everyone is having to wait 12 hours for the next free cc xp pass during the clash, instead of the usual 4 hours.

  This is being discussed in the Community Help forum, but we are now 11 hours into the clash and nothing has been done.  So, I thought I would post here too.

  WGT:  Are you paying attention?  When will it be fixed?

  I have 2 WGT contacts who are mysteriously missing.  Silence from them.

  Un-announced policy changes are unacceptable.  So is every WGT person being asleep.

  Without clarity in an hour, I will send full club message sit this clash out!!!!

  18 hours into the Event and FINALLY my CC Passes are on a 4-hour cycle.  Is this a promotional effort to sell more WGT Plus and Premium Memberships?  ...and no explanation.

  Very bad customer relations here.

  I stand by what I said … we are out of here.

  FYI.  I still have to wait 50 minutes even though I played my round 11:10 hours ago.

  Apparently, WGT fixed it's 15 hour stupidity.  No announcements.  No compensation.

  Everyone should start their own CC, all the superpasses you need for your own use,works for me,lol.

  Some of my members are getting 4-hour passes; some are not.  Same platform involved.

  I'll add to this, when the a***holes finally fixed, I had 50 minutes left on my 12 hour pass from this morning.  Still had to wait the 50 minutes.

  This entire mess is "criminal" … not against the law but irresponsible.

  It appear they have finally fixed the mess.  

  10 hours into clash, I am hard pressed to care.  Moreover, WGT has posted nothing so I guess they want us to think their mess never happened.  Ignoring facts/denying facts denials do not work for me,  We know the facts, we do not know what happened today, and we need to hear WGT explain it.
