  Icon defeats JonnyBau in match 1 for the Koonts

  Blue and Jake nudged out Iconian and Brandi in match 3 for a Bombers win

  match 2 to be played soon

  UPDATE --- BB's Load are down 0 - 2 after Coolswing knocked off lvietri in the most thrilling game ever played since WGT came into existance.   

  Cool took a 3 up lead into the last 4 holes only to have lvietri come back and tie him after 9 .... the two battled through the back 9 matching par for par, birdie for birdie and .. occasionally bogey for bogey --- only to find themselves still tied after 18 holes.  

  On they trudged to holes 19, 20, 21 ... matching each other shot for shot, putt for putt ... and then .. on the 26th hole ... it happened ... on #17 ... lvietri hit the ball which stopped on the lip of the cup .. 8 inches for birdie ... and Coolswing came right back and ACED the 17th hole to win the match.   

  A classic match ... one that will live in infamy .. i will always remember it fondly in exactly this manner. 

   

   

   

   

   

  (For those of you who read this far ... Vic beat Lou 4 & 2)  Vic played great .. Lou sucked ass).

  Man, that was more like a marathon than a golf match ! lol ! Must be the greatest match in the history of WGT, talk about pressure ! lol !

  It's unfortunate that there had to be a loser as we both deserved some kind of a medal for that effort, I'm exhausted and can't even hold a mouse let alone going for a click ! lol ! Need to take a month's rest and lots of physio to get back to my old form !

  Thanks Lou for an awesome game, hope i don't have to play you again ! lol !
