You got to make a spreadsheet with the bracket or use a various online page for it. You got to manually collect registrations via pm or in this tournament thread and update the bracket during the process. And the most important part: You will need to write down all the rules/prizes/etc. for this tournament in the initial post of the thread.
If you take care of those things, you can run your own tournament here. 3 hole knockout tournament would be something new and would certainly find many participating players. I would support your tournament with 1 pack of callaways for the winner.
