Ready Go not paying out?

    Since 9 hours this RGO has ended :(

    I contacted customer service, but they have been very slow lately so I am not sure if this will get resolved today or not.

    EDIT: Right after emailing CS, 1 0f 2 outstanding RGs I am in paid out.

    I had the same issue with a 100 credit bracket yesterday.....I was tied after final round so I either would win it or place 2nd depending on the tie breaker...The bracket had a few hours left at that time... So later I went back to check the clock and it was gone from the lobby ...So it ended ...No problem right? WRONG ...I check my transaction history to see if I won or finished runner-up and Nothing ...Nada !! It never showed up in my history ...Like I never played it ...

    I can tell you I have played tons of brackets and not once has this ever happened on Flash?

    Oh and and for the second time since I have been playing "PCEA"(2 weeks) ...The "NEW" PC version froze during skins games and in both cases I was playing with some buddies and they were on flash and we were all talking on Skype.... They also froze and were booted out but all 3 of them got back in the game because they were on Flash....But me on the  PCEA... I was unable to!! I even tried closing the app and logged on to flash version but no dice ...Since we were on Skype they were able to tell me I was not even in the lobby (I never was even put on the 5 min clock it was an instant disconnect) on their screen so no chance to reconnect anyway ...Needless to say I am out almost 3000 credits just on these few issue's...😡

     

    Lets see if this one pays out ...Also played on PCEA

    If you go to bracket results you can look at closed brackets for past 7 days. I did that and took a screen shot of a bracket that had not paid out just in case, but about a day later it finally paid out. Mine was also a tie.

    If you look at the last 30 completed and time expired ready go's, none of them have paid out.

    Sent Champ a heads up message on it. Maybe quicker than CS these days, maybe not. Who knows......

    The payout glitch going on is also blocking you from entering the same RG again as your last one is not closed out.

    JD, Brett ,Looks like we’ve got further problems in the brackets.

    I have advanced through to the next round in 3 brackets ( at least) today. Although it is telling us to play the next round (play now) , the winning names have not been displayed in the bracket for the next round.This happened a couple of years back to me. Although I played the round as required, it put us all down as WD in that round and I had a hell of a job getting credits back and then it was only the entry fee after repeated emails. I fear the same will happen again...fingers crossed I’m wrong

    I forgot to mention.... that was the very next thing I did BP.... But not there lol ...it's like it never existed ...

    Ever see this movie ....They tell Julian Moore that her child was not abducted or kidnapped..... BUT "That she's crazy and never had a kid in the first place"

    Hello. I was hoping to come in here with a bigger update, but here's what I have: 

    • We're aware of the issue
    • The issue seems to be a bottleneck of server tasks causing the delay
    • Our team is on it. 

    The issue is delaying the closing of RGs and Brackets, and also the opening of new RGs and Brackets. It may also be causing delays in other places like Country Club tournaments. 

    We'll have it fixed as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
