    Fatherbrown:
But still in yet, I've aced twice & the stats show differently. I don't know how I could have saved a replay from a year ago, (on Kiawah while the 1st ace happen at Oakmont) when my stats show my only ace was last month, but the very 1st ace was at Oakmont hole 6.

See that contradicts what I said earlier..your stats (based n  history) show last years HIO as recorded.

Now on 5/28 (date of KI saved replay) you did post two 9hole scores at KI and  CTTH score.

Having not played a KI CTTH in a long time is # 8 a CTTH hole?

Next thing I would ask WGT, is if they are able to view the cards you posted on 5/28 to verify if a HIO is on either, sine these were both ranked/scored rounds and should count in stats if HIO is in one.

I think you MBaggese for helping with this matter/situation.  The HIO Kiawah hole 8 was stroke play ranked round. WGT icon has avoided me, I don't know how that stat could have gotten tangled.  I tried searching through my activity to find that ace recorded from Oatmont but, takes me to long page by page, I'll have to search it again when I'm more awake.    Thank you again for you help, at least I know that the Oakmont's HIO was recorded. But why not the ace on Kiawah?  That's the part that got me in the weird zone.

What I would do, is click on "contact" at the bottom of the page, when you get to the support "ticket" ask WGT if they can pull those two KI rounds for you and see the scores hole by hole.
